[Highlands Coffee CPG] Key Account Supervisor (MT Channel)

Reviewing customer profile to understand well Customer insight / needs.
Responsible for recruiting, training and coaching her/his staff
Accountable for daily/weekly/monthly sending reports accurately and timely.
Accountable all operations successful with in approved budgets: % NDP TTS, % NDP subsidies, TM TTS, % overhead budget in assigned area.
Responsible for information collection and report on Competitors activities and customer’s complain timely
Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly planning distribution, merchandising and hygiene, primary sales – secondary sales for whole area and sales forecast for assigned customers.
Execute company strategy and sales plan to achieve monthly/quarterly secondary sales targets, sales fundamentals ( number of outlets, calls, successful calls, sold- in SKUs, brand distribution, merchandising and market hygiene control); programs (trade promotion, consumer promotion, support activities)
Accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly in assigned area.
Responsible for executing ASMPQ (Availability, Space, Merchandising, Price, Quality) at customers&039; sites according to company&039;s standard.
Responsible for building and maintaining good relationship with customers;

Experience:

Having working experience at Bach Hoa Xanh/Winmart is a plus
3 years experience in similar position in FMCG.

Work related skills:

Strong and deep knowledge of Customer Management
Knowledge of MT Clients and FMCG Route to market.
Knowledge of Distribution and Selling Skills.
Sales Ethics and knowledge of the legal aspect and the rules of competition.
Dynamic negotiation and problem solving skill.
