The HR Intern (Employer branding & Recruitment) assists the Human Resources department by fulfilling various Human Resources functions, including Recruitment and selection, Training & Development, Remuneration, Administration, and Reward & Recognition.

What will I be doing?
As the HR Intern, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to develop talent pipelines.
Create and manage visual content, including photos and videos, to highlight our talent, culture, and employer brand.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for mass recruitment, career events, industry seminars, and talk shows to boost our hotel’s visibility.
Design and implement employer branding initiatives and advertising campaigns to attract future talent.
Participate in CSR activities and external events to promote our social engagement and community presence.
Manage and monitor social media channels and the hotel’s business fan page, ensuring engaging and consistent content, photos, and style.
Assist in planning and delivering training programs on HR best practices, labor laws, and goal setting.
Support internal communication by producing branding materials and capturing professional photos and videos.
Develop strategies across multiple channels to attract high- quality candidates efficiently.
Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and team- building initiatives to foster a positive workplace.
