HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

The HR Intern (Employer branding & Recruitment) assists the Human Resources department by fulfilling various Human Resources functions, including Recruitment and selection, Training & Development, Remuneration, Administration, and Reward & Recognition. As the HR Intern, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Assist in planning and delivering training programs on HR best practices, labor laws, and goal setting.

• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and vocational schools to develop talent pipelines.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for mass recruitment, career events, industry seminars, and talk shows to boost our hotel’s visibility.

• Support internal communication by producing branding materials and capturing professional photos and videos.

• Develop strategies across multiple channels to attract high- quality candidates efficiently.

• Design and implement employer branding initiatives and advertising campaigns to attract future talent.

• Manage and monitor social media channels and the hotel’s business fan page, ensuring engaging and consistent content, photos, and style.

• Create and manage visual content, including photos and videos, to highlight our talent, culture, and employer brand.

• Participate in CSR activities and external events to promote our social engagement and community presence.

• Support employee engagement activities, internal events, and team- building initiatives to foster a positive workplace.

An HR Intern serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Skills in videography and photography.

• Associate degree and above.

• Good presentation skills. Fluent in written and spoken English to meet business needs

• Good communication skills in both English

• Proficiency in design using software such as AI, Photoshop, etc.

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and training content.
