HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You are responsible for assisting the Head of HR in implementing HR strategic planning and ensuring that HR management aligns with the hotel and corporate&039;s overall strategy. You will participate in the development and improvement of the hotel&039;s human resources policies, procedures, and regulations, and execute all aspects of HR management, including team member relations, labor dispute handling, and ensuring compliance with all HR activities. As an Assistant Human Resources Manager, you’re not just supporting the daily operations of the hotel’s HR function – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Night Duty Manager, you are responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Complete Night Audit duties
Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required
Represent the Night Manager and other senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel
Conduct Health and Safety Checks and Night Walks
Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
Compile adequate handover to Early staff / Duty Manager
Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up- selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
Serve as a point of contact for regular and important Guests
Assist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team&039;s training and development efforts
Maintain a good status awareness of all hotel areasTHE PROPERTY
