[ HM MEDIA ] Account Associate / Senior Associate

I.PURPOSE
To take part in assigned project / campaign to ensure end-to-end delivery of HM Media services to our client in coherent with company values, standard of work and regulations
II.WHAT YOU WILL DO
•Act as contact point to client on assigned project / campaign: develop positive working relationships with all client touch points
•Promote & build awareness of HM Media's capabilities & service standard to existing clients and prospective clients
•Ensure clients’ needs are well understood, and objectives per project / campaign are delivered on-time-in-full
•Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
•Prepare post campaign reporting, including analysis and research
