PROJECT INFORMATION & OPPORTUNITY
FPT Software Hanoi is looking for Data Engineers with at least 2+ year experience. Our customer is one of the biggest German brands in IT Manufacturing domain.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
•Understand business processes, applications and how data is stored and gathered.
•Develop and manage streaming data pipelines at enterprise scale.
•Build expertise on the data. Own data quality for various data flows.
•Design, build and manage data marts to satisfy our growing data needs.
•Support data marts to provide intuitive analytics for internal customers.
•Design and build new framework and automation tools to enable teams to consume and understand data faster.
•Use your expert coding skills across a number of languages like SQL, Python and Java to support data scientists.
•Interface with internal customers to understand data needs.
•Collaborate with multiple teams and own the solution end-to-end.
•Maintain infrastructure for our data pipelines.
•Any other ad-hoc duties.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Professional skill:
•Education and experience in SW Development & SW Engineering best practices
•Hands-on experience in programming, data modelling, and database systems
•Experience in batch & stream data integration and processing
•Good communication skills and agile mindset
•Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:
oKnowledge of Data Virtualization concepts and tools
oKnowledge of Big Data & Analytics technologies
Technical skill:
•At least 2 years of professional usage of Python (or Java), SQL and stored procedures
•Experience in GIT, JIRA, Confluence
•Hands-on experience in Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
•Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:
•Azure services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Server, Databricks
•Databases: e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Stardog, Neo4J, Cassandra
•Hadoop Ecosystem: Spark/HDFS/Hive/Sqoop/Flume/Pig
•Containers: Docker/Kubernetes
Certificates/Trainings
•Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable education
•Advanced communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
oEnglish certificate like TOIEC, Cambridge, TOEFL with at least level B2
oProve fluency and ability to communicate in a structured and understandable way in phone interview
