HN/ Business Analyst Scrum/ Agile

Collect and analyze requirements from relevant departments, identify opportunities to improve software systems to meet long- term business strategies and corporate goals
Ensure the continuity and sustainable development of the system, make recommendations for improvement, help the system develop and adapt to the changing needs of the business
Lead and participate in project development process according to Scrum Agile model, closely coordinate with development team (DEV), ensure that features and products fully meet business requirements.
Proactively lead UI/UX initiatives, working with design teams to ensure intuitive, easy- to- use user interfaces and optimized user experiences.
Provide requirements analysis strategy, plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring progress, quality and budget compliance.
Responsible for designing and drawing business process diagrams (BPMN) and other diagrams such as Use Case, Activity Diagram, to describe requirements and workflow, ensuring transparency and understanding for stakeholders.
Responsible for monitoring and improving software testing processes, writing and reviewing complex test cases, ensuring software quality and usability of the final product.
Write detailed, clear and accurate SRS (System Requirement Specification) documents, ensuring all system requirements are well understood and meet customer expectations.

Candidates in Hanoi will work at the office- candidates in HCM will work remotely until the office setup is complete.

Ability to lead and manage projects, ability to coordinate and motivate working groups to achieve common goals.
Solid knowledge of software development (DEV), able to communicate, negotiate and work effectively with programmers to clarify technical requirements and find suitable solutions.
Extensive knowledge of Scrum Agile model, experienced working in Agile projects as BA.
Strong logical and analytical thinking, able to identify and solve complex problems.
Excellent software testing skills, able to write, review test cases and ensure the product is of the highest quality.
Deep understanding of UI/UX, ability to make improvement suggestions to enhance user experience.
Deep experience in writing SRS documents, ensuring accuracy and understanding for relevant departments
Skill in designing and drawing BPMN process diagrams, Use Case, Activity Diagram and other diagrams, able to communicate complex processes in an easy to understand manner.
At least 3- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with in- depth understanding of software development process and project management.

Priority:

Experience working with large and complex systems, understanding of software architecture and complex data management systems.
Experience working with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lark, etc.) and design tools such as Visio, Lucidchart.

Salary starting at $1500 Net or higher, depending on the candidate&039;s performance assessment.
