JOB DESCRIPTION
Searching information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to develop business
Supporting with administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes, creating agendas and dealing with external enquiries
Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required
Supporting BOD and Partnership Team in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve business development goals
Working in the development of new partnerships by supporting in research, preparation for meetings, pitches and proposals
Assisting with the production, distribution and mailing of information to clients and partners
Translating documents, proposals, agreements of Partnership Team from Vietnamese to English and vice versa
REQUIREMENTS
Detail- oriented and organized
Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Positive disposition and ability to play well with others
Quick learner who listens and asks good questions
Enough confidence to share your ideas, participate in business conversations, and take (or give) constructive criticism. We are open and welcome all new proposals to make our works better!
Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. This means you are willing to put in the effort/time required to get the job “done right” – not “done right now.”
Experienced in performing thorough desk- based research with the ability to concisely summarize information and identify key points
Good at computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
Interpersonal skills and problem solving
