Qualification & Validation activity
+ Responsible for Validation/Revalidation
+ Change control activity
+ Project
+ Coordinator validation execution: shop packet, follow sampling process, drawings
Risk assessment
+ Process risk
+ Risk assessment for DIR
+ Equipment risk
Project activity
+ Member of project
+ Involve relate tasks to validation
REQUIREMENTS
Personal competencies- Self- motivated and proactive- Willing to make changes- Good interpersonal skill- Good Communication Skill
Professional competencies- Technical background in Chemical, Electrical, Automatic system...- Final year student or fresh graduated less than one year of working experience.- GPA minimum 6.5 or equivalent- Good command of English (both written and verbal)
