The main challenge for this position:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic planning processes and frameworks that elevate our game.
Lead the charge in business analysis and strategic planning within the organization, shaping our path to success.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide team members in conducting in- depth business analysis, nurturing their growth into strategic visionaries.
Lead and inspire the Business Analysis (BA) team, ensuring they deliver precision and excellence in supporting business objectives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with senior analysts and business development teams, ensuring that information is not just accurate but relevant and transformative.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross- functional teams, aligning strategies and goals to propel us toward our vision.
REQUIREMENTS
How to overcome the challenges:
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business analysis and strategic planning, with a track record of delivering transformative results and managing a team in terms of working process, workload, quality of solutions,...
Results- oriented mindset with a focus on strategic impact and business success.

Having experience working in agency companies and creating content on video platforms such as youtube, tiktok, facebook is an advantage.
