At Brighton, we believe in empowering our talents to explore their full potential. Unlike traditional internships that confine you to a single role, our program grants you the freedom to rotate across departments: Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Merchandise, Purchasing, and Operations Department, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business.
Brighton has high expectations for this talent development program to grow young and ambitious talents by gaining practical experiences and involving in handling real business cases in different departments. You have an open opportunity to have an amazing journey and to be a part of us.
It should be great if you have:
Undergraduate in fourth year or fresh graduated;
We expect a minimum working time total of 3 days per week based on your available time to arrange.
Continuous improvement, open to new ideas and approaches;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications, with Microsoft software applications and use of the Internet;
Actively listen to different perspectives and provide feedback with solutions;
A plus if you have:
Proficiency in English;
High responsibility in work, good team work spirit.
