JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Actively seeking new clients and partners in various countries (US, EU, AU, KR), through multiple channels
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client&039;s desires
Develop a thorough understanding of company service offerings to better upsell and cross- sell to clients
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
REQUIREMENTS
A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about software technologies, NSC Software Company&039;s products and services with can- do attitude
Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Logical mindset
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, Software Programming or related field.
Must- have requirements
Being fluent in English/German/Korean, at least 6.5 IELTS/ B2 German/ TOPIK 4- 5 Speaking or equivalent
Hard- working Attitude
Being flexible in working hours
Nice to have:
Relevant experience in sales/account management/business development is a plus.
