We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a focus on SEO and Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, improving search rankings, optimizing ad performance, and managing digital campaigns to achieve business objectives.

SEO:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility for B2B-focused keywords.

• Optimize website and landing pages for technical SEO (schema, crawlability, page speed).

• Produce SEO contents to match with business direction. Collaborate with content and product marketing teams on SEO-aligned contents.

• Monitor keyword rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush etc.

• Familiar with current SEO trends and know-how to adapt, eg: SEO on AI Platforms, Google AI Overview etc.

Paid Ads:

• Plan and manage lead generation campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B-focused platforms.

• Create compelling ad copy tailored to target customers.

• Optimize campaigns based on lead, conversions rates, CPL etc. A/B test landing pages and messaging to improve conversion rates.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital ads. Experience in B2B Tech is a HUGE plus.

• Fluent in English (written is required).

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.

• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and landing page builders.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Build, manage and develop customer relationship

• Find new customers and approach them by sending emails or calling them directly

• Monitoring in-charge project to solve issues in manner time (if any)

• Knowledge in IT fields, economics and/or equivalent experience.

• At least 1 years of experience with Sales IT/Business Development… (German Sales IT open for fresher level)

• Fluent in both writing and speaking in English or Japanese or German 

• Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner. Have the ability to negotiate with customers.

• Understanding technical documents is a big plus.

• Shape, and facilitate analysis and feasibility work with stakeholders for emerging change initiatives to build the business case for project activity;

• Build the requirements analysis with stakeholders to translate the business needs into a set of prioritized requirements;

• Go through requirements validation activities with the developers to confirm to the project that a solution based on the requirements meets customer needs and achieves the intended business objectives;

• Investigate, record, analyze, and confirm system requirements and business processes;

• Negotiate acceptance criteria with the stakeholders;

• Produce high quality and concise requirements and design documents which accurately reflect the business requirements and can be clearly understood by internal or external Solution Developers;

• Take the lead in producing User Requirement Specifications, Software/System Requirement Specifications (URS/ SRS) and Feature Lists documentation.

• 2+ years of experience as business analyst for business application platforms;

• Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories;

• Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques;

• Effective verbal and spoken communication skills;

• Excellent command of English language skills (writing, speaking, listening and reading).

• Control, evaluate the implementation of compliance with the prescribed process of projects at the departments according to their standards;

• Control progress, warn and detect problems that may affect the project progress;

• Synthesize, make statistics, analyze and report data according to required standards; thereby presenting risks, problems and recommendations for implementation;

• Perform tasks related to process management as assigned by the department leader/head of the department;

• Support the projects to comply with the software development process according to the Agile - Scrum model;

• Participate in the development and implementation of CMMi and periodic ISO audit;

• Support training activities; Consult and propose to build a process suitable to the actual projects.

Must have:

• University degree in Information Technology or related field;

• Minimum one year professional experience in QA in software outsourcing companies; 

• Understanding of software development life cycle and project management

• Knowledge of CMMI, ISO 27000, ISO 9000 and ability to apply to work

• Good ability to data collection and analysis

• Good skills in time management, planning, document compiling

• Good communication skill and teamwork

• Logical thinking and attention to detail

Nice to have:
