JOB DESCRIPTION
Find new customers and approach them by sending emails or calling them directly
Communicate with technical team to create proposal for new project
Communicate with customers effectively and efficiently to transfer requirement to technical team
Monitoring in- charge project to solve issues in manner time (if any)
Build, manage and develop customer relationship
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding technical documents is a big plus
Fluent in both writing and speaking in English or Korean or Japanese;
Knowledge in IT fields, economics and/or equivalent experience;
Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner. Have the ability to negotiate with customers;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Dynamics ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software products.
As the main technical point of contact, provide solutions to support business clients and foreign partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience working with the South Korean market is an advantage.
Basic understanding and knowledge of ERP and Java.
Experience in a similar position.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English

Experience in headhunting, especially for mid- level and above positions.
