Sale Assistant To BOD

JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist BOD in sale tasks:
Following with Accounting Dept. to keep track the monthly invoices to clients: issue invoices, make payment documents, contact with clients following payment status.
Communicate with clients, keep connection with clients to get new contract/agreement.
Support to make quotation to the clients as requirement.
Do other task assigned by BOD
Report daily/weekly progress with the BOD.
Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team on behalf of BOD (if need)
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University.
Experience in Sales/ Presale/ Project Coordinator or similar positions is preferable.
Desire to become Teamlead/Manager in a short time..
Have good logical and flexible thinking.
Interested in Fintech (Forex, Crypto, Stock...)
Have good communication and persuasion skills.
Good at English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Good at Japanese is plus
