JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview
As an Ecommerce Growth Operation Executive (TikTok Shop), you will be the key driver of daily performance and campaign execution for TikTok Shop accounts under UpBase management. You’ll work with cross- functional teams to turn strategy into action and data into results—supporting the growth of local and international brands.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operation & Performance Optimization
• Monitor and analyze store performance (CTR, conversion, GMV, refund rate…) and propose actionable improvements.
• Ensure on- time execution of campaigns, Mega Sales, Livestreams, and TikTok platform activities.
• Operate TikTok Shop accounts: product listing, pricing, promotion setup, and inventory coordination.
Growth Campaign Execution
• Work with internal teams (Creative, Livestream, Media) to align on product focus and content plan.
• Collaborate with TikTok KAMs to register and activate platform promotions.
• Coordinate affiliate/KOC seeding, tracking campaign performance and optimizing ROI.
Data & Insight
• Track key metrics to evaluate success of each initiative and generate performance reports.
• Provide insights for upsell/cross- sell strategy based on consumer behavior and product performance.
• Benchmark with competitors and market trends to spot opportunities and stay ahead of TikTok Shop algorithm changes.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of digital commerce operations and TikTok Shop tools.
• Passionate about ecommerce, social commerce, and consumer trends.
• Analytical mindset – confident with numbers, Excel.
• 1–2 years of experience in Ecommerce operations (TikTok Shop experience is a plus).
• Proactive, detail- oriented, and solution- driven.
• Team player with the ability to work across different functions (media, content, warehouse, brand team, etc.).
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience working in an Enabler, Brand.
• Hands- on experience in KOL/Affiliate management.
• Knowledge of TikTok content trends and livestream mechanics.
