ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

regulation system and internal legislative documents of the Company;
Build internal

implementing of internal legislative documents;
Examine, supervise and speed up the drafting, completing and

· Manage, archive internal documents of the Company;

· Update, systemize internal documents of the Company;

Examine, supervise the compliance of units and the Company with internal

Identify, evaluate and supervise legal risks, other related risks to the

Company;
Review, study and asses the impact of new/amended regulations on the

· Promulgate, do training on internal regulations to all staff;

Complete
dossiers and conduct procedures at competent state authorities to change/update
ERC, legal documents of the Company;

focal contact to collect documents and provide to state authorities upon request;
Be

Support
the preparation and organization of shareholders’ meetings, BOD meetings;

Support
in drafting and reviewing contracts;

Other
tasks as requested by managers.

1.     REQUIRED
SKILL AND EXPERTISE

Must have

·     2+
years of experience in Legal field,
especially in compliance work

·     Proficient
in using Microsoft Office softwares, capable of using Power BI

·     Strong analytic and problem-solving
skills
