JOB DESCRIPTION
Love to chase target and exceed your own sales targets.
Build rapport with partners by engaging with them where they need us, be it by phone, email, text, chat/messenger, or video call.
Develop ‘sticky’ relationships with agents and partners by showing your interest in them and their customers, beyond just the request at hand.
Consistently apply Discova’s One Best Way for B2B enquiry handling, including qualifying the enquiry, communication guidelines, inclusions and services, overcoming objections, and closing the sales.
REQUIREMENTS
Results orientated, highly organised and great at problem solving
Able to remain calm and patient under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
Advanced computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
Minimum 1- year experience in the tourism industry or inbound tourism is desirable.
Willing to travel on business when required.
Fluent in both written and spoken English is required, other European languages would be an advantage.
Excellent communicator – comfortable communicating by phone, video calls, email, and chat/messenger.
Expertise and knowledge about tourism destination is essential.
Able to work independently and within a team, assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
A degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage.
Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI&039;s.
Comfortable with a flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings and flexible when uncertainties and changes arise. Your commitment to a 24- hour shifting schedule is mandatory and greatly appreciated.

Reservations Executive (German Speaking)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure all bookings, passenger details, logistic information, internal notes, and supplier notes updated on reservations system in an accurate and timely manner
Handling and making reservations of accommodation, air ticket, train ticket, suppliers, restaurants, all services including in the package (except transportation and tour guides).
Ensure you discuss business improvement and efficiencies with your leader.
Resolve customer service issues to customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
Effectively cooperate with OPS and Fleet, Product, Sales, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements
Ensure all details of itinerary has been entered into system correctly and reconfirming every aspect of the booking before passing on documents to Agents and information to the Sales team.
Ensure 24/7 supports on the ground for client’s complaints and incidents
Ensure you maintain up to date with product knowledge and understand Discova’s offerings.
Ask as well as participate in any trainings or upskilling recommended by the Reservations Team Leader or you feel relevant to your role.
Advice finance team of all receivables and payables.
Ensure bookings run within budget.
Empowered to initiate the new, better OBWs, through the proper channels.
Consistently implement the company One- Best- Ways (OBWs) processes/procedures/systems across the accounts handled.
Daily and weekly tracking of individual sales targets.
Handle the logistics fulfillment according to company SOP’s.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery
Fluent in national local language and intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken German and English
Willing to travel on business when required
Ability to work with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings
Degree in tourism and hospitality or experience in Tourism or Hospitality is an advantage
Well- developed problem- solving skill
