PART- TIME GUIDE INTERN – HANOI

JOB DESCRIPTION

How you’ll make an impact
This position is open to candidates in
Hanoi City.
In this role, the Intern will support the TourGuide Department by
reviewing, verifying, and updating information
in our LocalGuide Database to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
What you’ll do

● Assist in reviewing and verifying existing tour guide profilesto make sure all information is accurate and up to date.

● Support in collecting information from new guides andentering their profiles into the system accurately.

● Organize and upload any missing documents, such as profilephotos or certifications, to complete each guide&039;s file.

● Help update important details such as license status,destinations the guide can cover, and languages they can speak.

REQUIREMENTS

Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Has a professional mind- set and a passion for travel & work
Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German. Other language is a plus
Good computer literacy (MS Office); familiarity with travel- related software is an advantage.
Understandingof sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
3rd–4th year student in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
