JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with the team to maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards.
Work with related departments (Sales, Florist, Operations) to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Support daily store operations: handle orders, arrange work shifts, monitor inventory, and coordinate deliveries.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Assist in supervising and guiding store staff: learn to delegate tasks, support training, and track performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Good English communication skills.
A passion for the retail, F&B, or floral industry is a plus.
Graduated (or about to graduate) in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Proactive, hard- working, eager to learn, with logical thinking and a structured working style.
