JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct comprehensive testing on robots toensure they function correctly in various scenarios, including unit testing,UAT tests, integration testing, and end- to- end testing, while also debuggingand troubleshooting any encountered issues or errors.
Collaborate with Solution Consultants to analyzeand automate business processes, creating documentation such as BRD, PDD, testscenarios, and project reports.
Create automation bots using RPA tools likeUiPath or PowerAutomate, configure robot workflows, define data inputs andoutputs, and implement decision- making logic to handle exceptions and errors.
Design automation solutions based on processanalysis, creating detailed process flow diagrams and defining automationlogic, following Sisua Digital standards and determining data/exceptionhandling procedures.
Work closely with IT team to integrateautomation solutions with existing systems, applications, and databases, ensuresmooth deployment of bots into production environments while assisting SolutionConsultants with documents such as SDD and providing project updates weekly andmonthly.
Be responsible for maintaining and optimizingbot efficiency, addressing user feedback, and providing necessary updates orenhancements, as well as providing training and knowledge transfer to end- usersand support teams on operating and maintaining automation robots effectively.
Complete additional responsibilities andassignments as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated students from InformationTechnology/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Sciences/Mechatronics or relevant background.
Willing to continuous learning and adapting tonew technologies.
Demonstrate the ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively within a team, possess strong problemanalysis and solving skills.
Proficient in one of the following programminglanguages: C, C+, VB.Net, Python.
Strong proficiency in English and communicationskills is required, with the ability to confidently engage with internationalclients.
A minimum of 6 months of experience inprogramming or implementing RPA projects is preferred.
