Main Task:

Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required
Executes customs entries and performs customs security filings in adherence to internal procedures and latest local customs regulations
Control suppliers for timestamp update as requirement of KPI
Make the report internally and externally
Conducts classification of goods based on information provided by the customers
Co- operate and manage suppliers to strictly follow the SOP required in handling cargoes
Resolves customer issues, handles and solves incidents (e.g. escalations, disputes)
Follow & control the customs and trucking flow of the shipment to ensure the schedule required
Performs archiving of customs documents based on legal requirements
Ensures completeness and correctness of customs paperwork
Works on post clearance modifications and other customs tasks needed

Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
Junior or Senior Students who can work at least 4 days per week
Can- do attitude, hard- working & enthusiastic
