JOB DESCRIPTION
The Role
RCE is seeking a Business Development Specialist for RCE Financial Solution Task Force Team. In this role, you will work closely with early customers and leasing companies as well as RCE Data analysis expert from Korea to help establish and grow our financing solution for construction equipment buyers.
Although RCE Financial Solution is launched in May 2024, it is still in its early stages. In 2025, we will digitalize financial process by launching the financial solution app. Your mission will be to build and expand this service, ensuring it makes a meaningful impact in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Solution Digitalization: Work closely with data experts to develop a new financial application by collecting, organizing, and providing essential data inputs.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the CSO to refine go- to- market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective plans to scale the service.
Building Strong Partnerships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with early customers and leasing companies, positioning RCE as a reliable and long- term partner.
Service Launch & Market Expansion: Lead the successful introduction of our financing service, ensuring its strong market presence and value proposition for customers and leasing partners.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Have experience in consulting or global companies is a plus
Open to fresh graduates—no prior experience required
BA ability is a plus
Strong analytical and data- driven mindset
Proficient in both Vietnamese and English
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative
Excellent communication and relationship- building skills with customers and partners
Thrives in dynamic, fast- paced environments and enjoys continuous learning
Resilient in the face of challenges and open to learning from setbacks
Self- motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks rather than just following instructions
