JOB DESCRIPTION
Revenue control:
Push work finalizing to bill clients ASAP.
Issue invoices to clients based on company regulations.
Bank reconciliation: Daily/ weekly follow company regulations.
Cost & payment control:
Input invoices from suppliers in the accounting system.
Prepare payment list weekly4. Internal report (if any)
Verify cost and control cost follow company regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated in Accounting, Finance, or any related fields
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and tax.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Knowledge of accounting software is advantageous.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, …).
- Having at least 1 year of experience in a related position.
