JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Process Purchase Order (PO) on SAP system
  • Follow up with relevant stakeholders until Sales order (SO) been released
  • Closely coordinate with Sales team, Marketing team and dealers for smooth delivery and lead time
  • Co-ordinate with transportation and sales team to solve all issues happened with “customer focus” mindset
  • Check delivery documents and control in system
  • Other jobs will be assigned by direct manager
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • From 1 year of experience at the same position
  • Good Excel skill is required
  • Having knowledge of SAP system is preferable
  • Good communication both in English & Vietnamese
  • Team spirit
  • Be willing to sign temporary contract (8-month) & start working soon

REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduated from College or University
  • 1-2 years of working experience at the same position
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

JOB DESCRIPTION

1- Dealer communication:

  • Daily communicate with Dealers to manage leader’s product warranty situation
  • Support Dealers to solve warranty case & complaints of customers
  • Summary product quality base on feedbacks from Dealers
  • Report weekly/monthly for Dealers’ warranty service operation

2- Other service job assigned by Head of Department

  • Other service job assigned by Head of Department
REQUIREMENTS
  • Good computer skill, good attitude, and manner
  • English and good communication skills
  • From 2-3 years of experience in sales & customer service
  • Preferably in consumer electronics product
  • College/University graduation in the field of Technical or related
