Take responsibility for the cooking experience/ street food tour/ coffee tasting workshop at Rose Kitchen and Sử Quán Roastery
Be the main person in charge from the very first to the utterly last moment of a cooking class or food tour: Guest pick-up, local market tour, cooking & guiding, even showing our foreign guests how to properly enjoy Vietnamese foods
Be in charge tasks assigned by Operation Department

REQUIREMENTS

You’re the best fit if: Explaining things in English can’t confuse you. You’d love to care for other people’s experiences and share your passion for cuisine/culture. Good memory and organizing skills are right at your core Manner and responsibility are the keywords of your personal brand identity. You have something to show your cooking skills. If not, that’s all good. Let’s see how quick you can learn.

What does a typical cooking class at Rose Kitchen look like? Guests are picked up by Culture Storyteller at their hotels' lobby (or any other arranged place in Hanoi Centre) Guests follow Culture Storyteller to a local market nearby to shop for the cooking ingredients and get to know Vietnamese shopping culture Culture Storyteller instructs guests to cook assigned Vietnamese dishes Everyone enjoys the work of their labor
What does a typical workshop class at Sử Quán Roastery look like? Guests are picked up by Culture Storyteller at their hotels' lobby (or any other arranged place in Hanoi Centre) Culture Storyteller instructs guests to make 5 Vietnamese types of coffee Everyone enjoys the work of their labor

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform tasks relating to the common goals of the company.

In charge of responding to customer’s enquiry for Rose Kitchen - Cooking Class and Coffee Class – Su Quan.

In charge of organizing cooking class, coffee class and assigning jobs to staff.

In charge of contacting customers for logistics arrangement.

Excellent communication and customer sense.

Solve all problems that happened before, during and after the class.

Sending recipes, asking for reviews and responding to customers reviews.

Perform other duties as required by Operation Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).
Customer oriented mindset.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
At least 01 – 03 years working experience.
Have experienced in Operation, Customer Care, Hospitality, Tourism is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Able to start working as soon as possible.
Ability to withstand pressure

BENEFITS

Base salary: 12,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND
Salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff working performance).
Health insurance and other benefit will be offer according to Vietnam Labor Law.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Introduce and consult customers on the company’s travel products, including group tours, private tours, visa and passport services, cooking class tours, coffee tours, etc.

Design travel programs based on customer requests and follow the business department's process (selling tours to international customers).

Update customers with timely information on pricing and promotional programs.

Build, manage, update, and take care of assigned customers.

Directly interact with customers and partners to address their needs and inquiries via social media platforms (such as WhatsApp, Skype, Line, KakaoTalk…), email, or phone.

Record customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints and handle them promptly.

Coordinate with the operations department to ensure the committed services are provided to customers.

Propose and implement customer appreciation and follow-up programs to enhance their experience.

Actively seek potential customers and agencies.

Establish connections with organizations, companies, schools, and customer conferences to strengthen the company's brand and services.

Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Director and aligned with the company's overall goals.

Receive and execute tasks assigned by the Management Board, working towards the company’s common objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Foreign Languages, or related fields.

Male/Female with at least 1 year of experience in Inbound Tour Sales (selling tours to international customers).

Fluent in English, priority given to candidates with additional foreign language skills.

Well-groomed appearance, agility, and a good sense of aesthetics are advantages.

Proficient in office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Strong customer persuasion and negotiation skills with partners.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude, pleasant personality, open-minded, honest, dynamic, and decisive.

Good understanding of customers, including their needs and expectations.

Willingness to learn and improve professional skills.

Knowledgeable about domestic and outbound travel destinations.

Proactive and creative in work, capable of making improvements within their role and department, and generating new business ideas.

Ability to work under pressure.

Attractive salary based on performance (Base salary starting from 10 - 12 million VND + 10% commission on revenue) → Total income up to 90+ million VND/month.
