JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Learning Opportunities:
Event Coordination: Participate in HR- related events, team- building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development: Assist in organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
HR Administration: Gain hands- on experience in HR documentation, record- keeping, and compliance.
Talent Acquisition: Engage in the recruitment process and learn effective sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Employee Relations: Understand the dynamics of managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment. Lead Trainee team.
REQUIREMENTS
Eager to learn and open- minded with a "Can do" attitude.
Be available for a minimum 3- month full- time internship and start in March 2024.
Able to design poster/video is a plus.
Passion in Human Resources and Hospitality industry.
Communicate well in English.
