JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment (70%):
● Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and organize in- depth interview rounds.
● Manage applicant databases and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
● Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies through various channels (social media, job portals, headhunters, career events...).
● Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
● Execute procedures related to new hire onboarding, ensuring employees integrate well into the work environment.
● Build and maintain good relationships with recruitment partners, universities/colleges.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) (30%):
● Participate in the development and implementation of performance appraisal programs and career development initiatives.
● Manage and update the payroll system and salary scales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
● Handle procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and other welfare benefits for employees.
● Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, bonuses, and benefits policies.
● Prepare periodic reports on HR status, compensation costs, and related metrics.
● Research, analyze, and propose competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits policies that are market- aligned and compliant with legal regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

● Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● University student (3rd or last year) or graduated in Human Resource Management field.
● Candidate with trong analytical, problem- solving, and independent working skills is preferable.
● Having experience in recruitment skills and network (screening, interviewing, negotiation), communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
