JOB DESCRIPTION
1, Main responsibilities:
Support and Operate the support channel/task in charge according to the Team‘s orientation and commitment.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Take care of our customers in usual cases and special cases
Manage and control PHL agent‘s quality in the support channel
Support and training agents in the group
REQUIREMENTS
2, Requirements:
English: equivalent 6.0 IELTS
Interested in US- UK culture
Graduate in the English language will be a high- value
Age: less than 30 years old.
Experience in team management, customer service or social media is an advantage
High professionalism and logic
3, Working time & Location:
Working time:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 12:00 PM- 1:30 PM)
Location: 7th Floor, Hanoi Centerpoint, no. 27 Le Van Luong str., Nhan Chinh, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
