MARKETING PROJECT LEADER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve as product marketing owner for our POD project of personalized books, responsible for the product growth of global markets, improving sales enablement.

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with global publishing/ POD vendors.

• Collaborate with other teams to create advertising content, manage and supervise sales & marketing projects from beginning to end.

• Develop customized email blasts and media kits to reach targeted markets.

• Manage all social media outlets and project websites to ensure content is up- to- date.

• Manage marketing budget and monitor Google Analytics to ensure the delivery of the solution and track and monitor performance with defined success metrics.

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related business field.

• 1+ years of working experience in a relevant role such as Sales Operations, Trade/ Digital Marketing Leader, and/or Business Operations, experience with POD product operations or publishing industry will be a plus.

• Ability to work cross- functionally with multiple teams and vendors; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.

• Experience with deal flow, sales funnels, marketing operations, content creating, best practices and effective customer communications.

• Excellent English skills (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent certificate)

• Have the overall planning (marketing and finance) and coordination ability, work proactively, have strong learning ability, and are willing to accept challenges

• Experience in developing global markets or e- commerce and/or POD products.

• Energetic, hunger for knowledge, and always ready for new challenges.
