JOB DESCRIPTION
INFORMATION:
Working location: 8 Đình Ngang, Cửa Nam, Hà Nội
Working time: From Mon to Fri: 8:30 – 12:00; 13:15- 17:30 ; Saturday: Work every other week, remote working, not required to beat the office (if there is work to be completed)
ROADMAP
Cross- Functional Rotations (3- 6 months):Cross- functions, own real projects. You’ll choose one function (Sales, Merchandise,Finance, Fulfillment, or HR) to showcase your abilities. After 3 months, you can rotateto another function to take on new challenges.

Perform to Transform (9- 12 months): Shine at your best function or step up as a BU Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
22–26 years old
Strong critical thinking
KPI oriented, collaborating, innovating
Experience in one of the functions/Startup
Graduate from a top economic university, GPA 3.0+
Proactive, innovative, self- motivated
