MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
The ESG Consultant at Confirmis supports corporate clientsin achieving ESG certification, ratings, and compliance through practicaladvisory, ESG data validation, on- site verification, and reporting support.This role is client- facing and execution- driven, aligned with Confirmis’sverification and assurance business model.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on ESG readiness, gap analysis, and certification roadmaps
Work closely with Confirmis verification and regional teams
Manage ESG project timelines and client deliverables
Support on- site ESG verification, supplier audits, and field assessments
Conduct ESG risk assessments and due diligence for clients and supply chains
Apply ESG frameworks, including GRI, SASB, TCFD / IFRS S1 & S2, and UN SDGs
Collect, review, and validate ESG data across environmental, social, and governance pillars
Assist in the preparation of ESG reports, certification documentation, and assurance evidence
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Fieldwork / audit experience is an advantage
3–5 years of ESG, sustainability, audit, assurance, or consulting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related fields
Familiarity with Vietnam ESG regulations and local business practices
Hands- on exposure to ESG certification, reporting, verification, or assurance projects
