JOB DESCRIPTION
Deal Sourcing & Evaluation
Identify, research, and evaluate potential investment opportunities aligned with fund strategies.
Conduct market and industry analysis to assess competitive landscapes and macroeconomic trends.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees.
Financial Analysis & Valuation
Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, etc.).
Perform valuation analyses and scenario simulations to support investment decision- making.
Conduct due diligence on financials, operations, and management teams of target companies.
Transaction Execution
Support transaction structuring, documentation, and negotiation alongside legal and external advisors.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners during investment execution and closing.
Assist in preparing investor materials, reports, and communications.
Portfolio Management
Support ongoing reporting and performance review processes.
Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and exit strategies.
Research & Thought Leadership
Contribute to market insights, white papers, and investment theses for emerging sectors (Fintech, Education, Culture, Digital Assets).
Participate in investor relations, roundtables, and strategic partnership discussions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint,data visualization tools).
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venturecapital, or consulting.
• Solid understanding ofcorporate finance, valuation, and investment processes.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.
• High degree of integrity, intellectual curiosity, and self- motivation.
Preferred
Attributes
CFA, CPA, or similarcertification is a plus.
Experience in Fintech, Education, or Distressed Assets sectors preferred.
