MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best deals on behalf of the company
Analyzes data and develops tools to help manage various commodities
Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability, and other criteria
Authorizing payments and maintain receipts, records, and inventories
Facilitation of Logistics process
Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
Data entry for quotations, payments, etc..
Attending on- site supplier visits for assessments, negotiations, business reviews, etc.
Travel to clients to better understand processes
Applicants can expect to work on the following:

Required Attributes
Applicants must have the following:
Native Vietnamese language
University degree in process for economics, business, or related field
Proficient English language (spoken & written)
0 years of work experience
Preferred Attributes
Applicants with the following will be preferred:
Has experience living abroad (working or studying)
Speaks additional languages
Other requirements
The Intern will need to provide his/her own laptop and transportation
Working location can be flexible between remote and office work
Ability to travel to different areas of Vietnam
Duration:
3- months minimum, with possible extension and opportunity for full- time employment.
