JOB DESCRIPTION
- Role Summary-
As a Supplier Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, primarily within the EU region. This position demands a proactive approach to negotiating terms, managing partnerships, and ensuring a consistent supply chain to our warehouse.
- Key Responsibilities-
Proactively engage with new and existing suppliers to establish and maintain productive relationships.
Meet and exceed KPIs relating to supplier engagement and the successful closure of agreements, established after a comprehensive 2- 3 month training period.
Collaborate closely with the team to align procurement strategies with the company’s objectives.
Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers, ensuring favourable agreements for the company (post- training period).
REQUIREMENTS
- Must Have Skills-
Being truly organised
Familiarity with Excel
Basic comprehension of data, graphs, and numerical analysis
Innate ability to engage, write to, and build rapport with suppliers
Proficiency in English for effective communication with EU suppliers
Quick learning aptitude coupled with enthusiasm
- Candidate Profile-
Professional demeanour, aligned with our company’s values and culture.
A quick learner, embodying a growth mindset and the ability to think critically.
Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role, or a strong capacity for learning and development.
Excellent command of English, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Outstanding organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.

A competitive salary ranging from 9,000,000 to 13,000,000 VND per month
Performance- based bonuses tied to monthly KPIs
40,000 VND/day for lunch
500,000 VND/month for transportation
- Working Time-
- 9am to 6pm
- Monday to Friday
