Perform other duties as required by Sales Manager
Making calculations and sending quotations
Managing a client portfolio
To achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Understand how clients think and adapt your ideas to suit individual needs
Advising clients and keeping abreast of the market news and the forthcomingproducts
Continuously improve through feedback
Communicating with clients, partners meeting theirdemands and requirements via social network (such as Whatsapp, Skype, etc), direct, emails or phone..
Perform tasks relating to the common goals of thecompany
Co- operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up andto ensure the completion of the tour programs created
Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information toclients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales
Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following theSales Department procedures
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Strong communication skills
Capacity to convince / close a deal
Good knowledge of the destination
Good analytical, problem- solving skills and strong- decision makingskills.
Good command of written and spoken English
Self- motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Experience as a Sales inbound or related positions (at least 1 years)
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to start working as soon as possible.
Solid understanding on sales processes
Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open- minded,honest, active and decisive.
Good knowledge of client: Production spirit & requirements &clients’ expectation
Evaluate the situation with each client
Education
University: Bachelor’s in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages /Management or other related majors.
CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ
Basesalary: 9,000,000 VND – 12,000,000 VND
Company vacationsand motivation activities (tea breaks, intimate parties, etc.)
Paid 12 days offper year according to Vietnam Labor Law and a free day off with fully- paidsalary on your birthday.
Health insurance and other benefit will be offer according to Vietnam Labor Law
Salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff workingperformance).
