INTERNSHIP DURATION: Six (6) totwelve (12) months
WORKHOURS: Part- time (10 to 20 hours/, with no more than sixconsecutive hours without a break)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED
Applicants must address each requiredqualification listed below with specific information supporting each item.
Failure to do so may result in adetermination that the applicant is not qualified
Must be at least 18 years of age at thetime of participation in the program.
Students who are either Vietnamesecitizens or Vietnamese permanent legal residents are eligible for the internprogram. For permanent legal residents, a valid legal residency permit isrequired for consideration.
Must be currently enrolled as acollege/university student in Vietnam through the entire duration of theinternship.
Students must be in good academic standingat their current educational institution and provide a certified transcript andmust provide written permission from the educational institution in which thestudent is enrolled.
If selected, the student must be able tohold the medical and security certification from the Embassy.
KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Applicantsmust be/have:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong data analysis skills.
Good organizational and interpersonalskills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canvas,and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to work effectively as part of adynamic team.
Fluent in Speaking/Reading/Writing English.(This will be assessed during interview.)

Theintern will not be considered as a federal employee.
Internscan’t apply for U.S. government exchange programs during their internship. Theymay apply after their internship concludes, following a one year waitingperiod.
Therewill be NO employment benefits associated with this position: annual leaveaccrual, sick leave, etc.
Therewill be NO compensation or payment.

GratuitousService Agreement (Attached).
Officialtranscripts illustrating good academic standing.
Writtenpermission from the educational institution. (This can be submitted after beingoffered.)
A copy of ID card andstudent card.
Any additional documents(e.g., essays, certificates, awards, copies of degrees earned, etc.) thataddress the qualification requirements of the positions as listed above.
