JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a smart, ambitious and goal- oriented Digital Marketing Intern/Trainee who is in charge of the performance of our clients by managing and optimizing multiple digital marketing channels.
Digital Campaign Execution
Responsible for execution, the day to day running of all search, social and display advertising campaigns under guidance of the mentor/Line Manager
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Media Planning
Develop the monthly media plan, budget allocation
Conduct daily budget planning and related tasks to deliver on time with acceptable results/ outcomes
Assist in planning the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Skillsets
Must have:
Strong problem- solving skills & critical thinking.
Task management, ownership, responsibility
Have the ability to work under pressure
3rd/4th- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration/… or any related fields and able to work full- time
Good communication, planning and visualization skills
Good at analytical skills, data- driven mindset
Self- motivated, can- do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Curiority, fast- self- learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
Good to have:
Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, both in Vietnamese and English
Have basic knowledge of Google Ads/Facebook Ads/… operations
Experience in digital marketing/media planning role
