JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Platform Commercial Executive, you will drive commercial growth and enhance user experience on the company’s innovation platform. Your responsibilities will include:
Drive platform performance and user growth
Monitor key platform KPIs and propose initiatives to improve usage, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to optimize user journey and increase user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate on feature testing, feedback gathering, and iterative improvements to ensure a high- quality user experience.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to craft and execute partner programs that enhance platform value.
Identify, approach, and maintain partnerships with startups, corporates, accelerators, VCs, and other ecosystem players.
Connect clients with innovative solutions
Prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and documents to support solution delivery.
Understand corporate client needs and match them with innovation providers/startups on the platform.
Create commercial and partnership content
Prepare impactful content (emails, decks, briefs) that communicates value to clients and partners.
Draft compelling partnership proposals, contracts, MOUs, and platform- related documents.
Conduct research and analysis
Share insights to support product improvements and commercial strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and platform user behavior.
Support cross- functional initiatives
Take ownership of specific business growth initiatives as needed.
Coordinate with BOD and other departments to support strategic goals.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, applicants should have the following minimum qualifications:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a robust environment.
Ability to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
Candidates with 1- 2+ years of experience in Finance/ Business Development/ Partnership, or related fields.
Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills.
Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges, and recognize corporate opportunities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Working experience in/with startups is a big plus.

The Clients & Partnership Executive on Market mechanism will assist in the execution of Business Development for our company on Startups penetration/ expansion and Corporate Innovation Sourcing Services:
Working with the Business Development Manager and other members to actively search and connect startups with potential clients who are seeking innovative solutions.
Searching information and contact to related partners in innovation ecosystem, include suppliers, corporates, venture capitals, accelerators, incubator, etc. as required to develop business
Proceeding the production, distribution and mailing of information to partners.
Implementing partnership programs and activities to achieve business development goals
Search information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to develop business
Working in the development of new partnerships by research, preparation for meetings, pitches and proposals
Conduct extensive research on industry peers; industry developments, business and investment opportunities and regulatory developments in order to optimize consultation process and services’ quality.
Search and connect corporate clients with suitable innovation providers based on clients’ demands.
Prepare and compile contents to introduce, discuss and consult clients about suitable market solutions based on their demands via official documents, emails and presentations.
Preparing required documents, proposals, MOUs, agreements, etc.
Find new partners and develop partnerships with suitable projects of business.
Support BOD in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve business goals.
Develop new partnerships by doing research, preparing for meetings, communicating and presenting pitches and proposals to partners.
Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required

We are seeking a dynamic Research Executive to join our team. As a Research Executive, you will manage research projects from initial client briefs to final reporting. Working under the guidance of the Research Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of research projects.
Research Executing (50%) – Daily
Desk- based Research:
Gathering initial target data from various sources including books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews.
Data Analysis:
Analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and trends related to Open Innovation & Startup Ecosystem.
Content Development:
Collaborating with the Organizing Committee to develop content for programs within the project (workshops, webinars, training, etc.).
Developing detailed content for documents, reports, and tools used in the project.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
Client Consulting (30%) – Daily
Assist Senior Research Executive on meeting clients to deliver research results

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics, Market Research, Marketing or related field;

Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and own the overall strategy, annual plans, and KPIs for the Investment, Venture Building & Accelerator Hub, ensuring alignment with BambuUP’s vision and business goals.
Lead the execution of all hub activities, taking full accountability for planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and delivery of measurable results.
Regularly review performance metrics, report to the Board, and proactively adjust plans to achieve targets.
Investment & Venture Building
Identify and evaluate high- potential startups and investment opportunities that fit the hub’s strategy.
Lead due diligence processes, including market analysis, team assessment, and business model validation.
Develop investment theses and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to structure and close early- stage investments.
Co- design and implement venture- building strategies for portfolio startups, ensuring their growth and scalability.
Mentor and support founders on go- to- market, product development, fundraising, and scaling strategies.
Accelerator Program Management
Design, launch, and manage accelerator programs from end- to- end: recruitment, curriculum, partnership development, and demo day execution.
Source and engage mentors, advisors, domain experts, and investors to support program participants.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of startups in the program, providing tailored support and tracking KPIs throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure the accelerator delivers a high- quality experience and drives regional visibility for BambuUP.
Ecosystem & Partnership Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, corporates, government agencies, and ecosystem enablers.
Represent the Hub at key events, conferences, and pitch sessions, positioning BambuUP as a leading innovation platform.
Drive community- building initiatives and strategic collaborations to enhance the Hub’s influence, deal flow, and ecosystem impact.
REQUIREMENTS
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
At least 2- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong understanding of early- stage startup dynamics, fundraising processes, and innovation trends.
Strategic thinker with hands- on execution ability and entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
Proven experience designing and running accelerator or incubation programs.
Solid financial and analytical skills to assess startup viability and risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or related field. MBA is a plus.
