Desk-based Research: 

• Gathering initial target data from various sources including books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews.

Data Analysis: 

• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and trends related to Open Innovation & Startup Ecosystem.

Content Development:

• Collaborating with the Organizing Committee to develop content for programs within the project (workshops, webinars, training, etc.).

• Developing detailed content for documents, reports, and tools used in the project.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Working closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of research projects.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;

• Detailed and result oriented;

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;

• Good at both written and spoken Vietnamese and English;

• Monthly salary of 1,995,000 VND for full-time applicants and 1,000,000 VND for part-time applicants.

2/ Client Consulting (30%) – Daily

• Regular & timely correspondence on simple daily requests with less senior supervision

• Deliver on commitments and flawless execution

• Assist Senior Research Executive on meeting clients to deliver research results

3/ Cost Management (20%) – Monthly

• Put effort in ensuring assigned tasks are within set deadlines & time budgets

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Market Research, Marketing or related field;

• Proficiency in research methods, statistical analysis and data visualization techniques;

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;

• Detailed and result oriented;

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;

• Good at both written and spoken Vietnamese and English;

• Monthly salary of VND for full-time applicants is 9M - 10M VNĐ (Gross) (depending on experience and qualifications);

• Searching information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to develop business

• Assisting with the production, distribution and mailing of information to clients and partners

• Working in the development of new partnerships by supporting in research, preparation for meetings, pitches and proposals

• Translating documents, proposals, agreements of Partnership Team from Vietnamese to English and vice versa

• Supporting with administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes, creating agendas and dealing with external enquiries

• Supporting BOD and Partnership Team in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve business development goals 

• Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required

• Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English

• Interpersonal skills and problem solving

• Experienced in performing thorough desk-based research with the ability to concisely summarize information and identify key points

• Good at computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Quick learner who listens and asks good questions

• Receiving a certificate and references to CV after finishing the training program.

• Working with the Business Development Manager and other members to actively search and connect startups with potential clients who are seeking innovative solutions.

• Searching information and contact to related partners in innovation ecosystem, include suppliers, corporates, venture capitals, accelerators, incubator, etc. as required to develop business

• Proceeding the production, distribution and mailing of information to partners.

• Working in the development of new partnerships by research, preparation for meetings, pitches and proposals

• Preparing required documents, proposals, MOUs, agreements, etc.

• Search and connect corporate clients with suitable innovation providers based on clients’ demands.

• Prepare and compile contents to introduce, discuss and consult clients about suitable market solutions based on their demands via official documents, emails and presentations.

• Implementing partnership programs and activities to achieve business development goals 

• Conduct extensive research on industry peers; industry developments, business and investment opportunities and regulatory developments in order to optimize consultation process and services’ quality.

• Search information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to develop business

• Develop new partnerships by doing research, preparing for meetings, communicating and presenting pitches and proposals to partners. 

• Find new partners and develop partnerships with suitable projects of business. 

• Support BOD in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve business goals. 

• Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required

To be considered, applicants should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Candidates with 1-2+ years of experience in Finance/ Business Development/ Partnership, or related fields.

• Working experience in/with startups is a big plus.

• Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges, and recognize corporate opportunities.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a robust environment.

• Ability to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

• Monthly salary for full-time applicants: 9M-11M VND (depending on experience and qualifications).
