JOB DESCRIPTION

Accept and register bookings for DHL services.
Enhance service experience in DHL by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each customer’s varying needs and demands.
Adhere to global CS procedures while maintaining discretion to exercise flexibility to customers’ needs within reasonable limits in consultation with CS supervisors and managers.
Assist the supervisors (if applicable) in carrying out relevant CS orientation/training programs for new or existing CS staff.
Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas, such as customs requirements, transit time, and prices.
Liaise with Operations and other departments to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues and queries.
Offer alternatives to customers and seize upselling and cross- selling opportunities of value- added services (e.g., Sales Leads, shipment insurance) during interaction with the customer.
Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve DHL’s procedures, technology, and service to enhance customers’ experience with DHL.

REQUIREMENTS

2 years of experience in a Customer Contact Centre or Telesales environment in a service industry (preferable)
Fluent in English
Bachelor of Degree in Business (preferable) or equivalent

Achieve the main KPI of 6–7 qualified leads per day.
Identify customer needs and introduce DHL logistics solutions.
Update customer data and call results accurately in the system.
Handle customer objections and unexpected situations professionally.
Coordinate with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads.
Make 60–70 outbound calls per day to find new customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to work under KPI pressure and high call volume.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (data entry, tracking lists, simple reports).
Strong communication and problem- solving skills.
English proficiency is a must.
Experience in telemarketing / Telesales / phone- based sales.
Preferred:
Background in logistics / freight / express / supply chain/forwarding.
Chinese language is a plus.
Willingness to learn and grow within the sales career path.
Personal traits: hardworking, persistent, patient, proactive, and committed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose:

Provide reporting services for key operational performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve service quality and drive down costs
Apply analytical expertise to ensure real- time response to potential service incidents
Production of quality performance reporting on a scheduled or ad- hoc basis, and ongoing support for the users of the information

Main Tasks:

Keep track of actions that are taken to address and identify problem areas and monitor performance for improvement
Create user documentation for performance reporting and communication to user community
Conduct user acceptance testing and implementation support of changes to the reporting systems to ensure quality of the measurement and reporting is maintained
Contribute and participate in field review projects/programs as requested or required
Investigate the accuracy of performance measurement or reporting, keeping stakeholders appraised of status and raising notifications where necessary
Prepare regular performance reporting (specific or regular) in line with the daily/weekly/monthly reporting schedule
Use existing tools and methodology to conduct in- depth analysis to identify issues, problems and opportunities
Interpret and analyse the measurement, monitoring and action of performance and productivity measures to ensure network operations KPI’s are met

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
3 years of distribution/transportation experience
Commitment to Excel, SQL
