Sales Logistics Executive
for our business expansion in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Hai Phong andwelcome all candidates with following qualifications to apply:

JOB DESCRIPTION
Be responsible individually for mistakes made by self- subjective reasons.
To advise the customers of any amendment or changes in export or import policy and regulations related to business with them.
Obey company regulations and stipulation.
Maintain and update customer data and sales activities in the Dimerco system.
Follow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
Other tasks will be assigned by Managers.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate sales and achieve revenue targets.
To make sales report in system and reviewed by Sales Manager.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
Identify customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
Work closely with finance and documentation teams to ensure proper billing and collection processes.
To keep relationship with current customers and find out chances to provide new service.
Promote and sell the company’s logistics and freight forwarding services (air, sea, and inland transportation and trucking).
Source and make potential customer list, in order to having plan for approach.
Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
REQUIREMENTS
College or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Logistics/Transportation, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good command in English. Chinese would be advantage.
Self- motivated- respectful- honest and trust worthy.
At least 01 years of working experience in Forwarding/ Logistics/ Transportation Company.
Good interpersonal skill.
