JOB DESCRIPTION
The Intern
Visual Merchandising (Graphics)
will play acrucial role in supporting PUMA Vietnam’s Visual Merchandising team, with afocus on in- store graphic execution and retail campaign support.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands- onexperience in a dynamic and fast- paced retail environment within the sports& lifestyle industry.You will work closely with the VM team to implement seasonal campaigns,coordinate with vendors and stores, and ensure a consistent brand presentationacross retail and partner channels.
VM
MANAGEMENT:
Check and summarize reports from Retail and Partners.
Review requests from partners to adapt graphics based on the latest assortment list.
Take measurements and adjust graphic sizes according to updates from new campaigns (Retail/Partner).
Ensure timeline alignment for campaign launches: coordinate with vendors, share installation schedules with store teams.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:
VM Execution:Assist in monthly campaign execution, internal communication, and on- sitesupport.
Vendor Support: Review vendorquotations/samples and summarize monthly order quantities for each campaignlaunch.
SUPPORT
ADMINISTRATION:
Summarizeand verify quotations/invoices with vendors for liquidation and PR submission.
Supportdaily administrative tasks within the VM team
REQUIREMENTS
Third- year or final- year student majoring in Graphic Designor a related field
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage timeand multiple tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail with a good aesthetic sense
Available to work as a full- time intern at least 4 days perweek for a minimum of 6 months
Able to start after Lunar New Year
Basic understanding of in- store branding, visualmerchandising, or campaign execution
Open- minded, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast- pacedsetting
Valid student certificate required for internshipeligibility
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in ateam environment
Familiar with layout, visual composition, and basic printfile preparation (preferred)

Đảm bảo hình ảnh và trải nghiệm tại cửa hàng
Tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng
Tham gia trưng bày, kiểm kho, sự kiện khuyến mãi
REQUIREMENTS
Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm bán hàng (ưu tiên ngành thời trang/giày dép)
Giao tiếp tốt, xử lý vấn đề linh hoạt (có tiếng Anh là một lợi thế)
Chăm chỉ, trung thực, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, yêu thích thể thao, ngành thời trang và chăm sóc khách hàng
Có thể làm việc theo ca bán lẻ, mỗi ca 8 tiếng (bao gồm giờ nghỉ trưa). Nghỉ một ngày mỗi tuần
