JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing & Communication
• Plan, develop, and implement marketing & communication activities.
• Design basic marketing materials (banners, images, short videos) using Canva,Photoshop, CapCut, etc.
• Create promotional content for social media, email, and website.
• Manage and grow company channels: Fanpage, Website, LinkedIn.
• Execute email marketing campaigns from existing contact lists.
Partnership & Data Development
• Support in finding and developing overseas logistics agents.
• Assist in building and managing fanpages and online communities for all branches.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENT
• Basic knowledge of import- export and marketing/communication is a plus.
• Own a personal laptop.
• English: basic to intermediate (reading & writing preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office; able to use Canva/Photoshop and CapCut/Premiere for basicdesign & video editing.
• Experience: at least 6 months

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Prospection & Lead Generation
Identify potential customers through research (industry reports, social media, business directories, etc.).
Leverage existing databases, and networking events, and even use cold- calling techniques to reach new prospects.
Aimed at qualifying leads for further action, such as scheduling a meeting or sending a demo.
Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
Become an expert on the company&039;s products or services, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Continuously stay updated on any services changes, upgrades, or new offerings.
Conducting remote (Zoom/Teams) or in- person to introduce company.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
Accurately document all sales activities, including leads, customer meetings, proposals, follow- ups, and closures.
Provide regular sales reports to management, detailing progress toward sales targets, win rates, client feedback, and any obstacles.
Track sales KPI.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Collaborate with the operation teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Min 1- 2 years’ experience in sales logistics, experience in Air freight industry is an advantage
Knowledge in logistics / freight forwarding industry is an advantage
Fluent English in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
BENEFITS
Salary: 10.000.000- 30.000.000 (deal based on experience)
