JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales across all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and E- commerce platforms.
- Collaborate cross- functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to execute projects that align with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate marketing activities to optimize lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, report insights, and recommend strategies for optimization to the team:
- Stay informed about digital marketing innovations, including new tools, platforms, and trends, and share actionable insights with the team.
- Conduct monthly performance analyses, including pre- and post- campaign evaluations and ROI management.
- Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy by supporting planning and tactical execution.
+ Analyze analytics data to understand how users interact with our websites and platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok
+ Examine user behavior data, achievement of goals, and points of drop- off to identify areas of friction.
- Research market trends, audience preferences, competitive landscape, and the consumer journey to improve campaign performance and drive conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: University background required in Marketing, Digital Marketing, cosmetics/beauty retail preferred
- At least 3 years in a digital marketing role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaign management and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
- Familiarity with e- commerce platforms and order processing systems.
- Detail- oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and online customer behavior.
