JOB DESCRIPTION
Expertise in OnlineMessaging: Respond to customer queries via our online messaging system, usingyour experience to provide efficient and effective solutions.
Ticket ResolutionSupport: Utilise your skills to assist in managing and resolving customerservice tickets as required, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer ServiceExcellence: Maintain a consistently positive, empathetic, and professionalattitude towards customers. Promptly and effectively address customerinquiries.
EnhancedCommunication and Feedback: Adhere to communication procedures and policies.Proactively engage customers and provide insightful feedback on customerservice processes.
Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure a uniform and high- quality levelof customer support.

REQUIREMENTS
· Fast Typing Skills: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) is a plus
· Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
· Exceptional Proficiency in English: Strong reading, writing, listening, and spoken English skills are essential (specially both in writing and verbally is required)
· Strong Problem- Solving Abilities: The capacity to analyze and solve complex customer issues.
· Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
· Experience with Freshdesk / freshsales is good but not required.
. Proven experience in online customer service, specifically in handling online messages is a plus (not required)

bị vận chuyển/ Order confirmation, handling of delivery schedule, shipping preparation
· Quản lý và theo dõi chặt chẽ các đơn hàng ưu tiên, đơn hàng gấp/ Manage and follow up tightly for urgent/ ASAP orders
Giao tiếp với khách hàng qua nhiều kênh/
Communicate with customers through various channels

REQUIREMENTS
