About us
As the AI Engineer, we are looking for members to join our AI team. You will work closely with all stakeholders to architect efficient APIs to survey latest research trend and build accurate models on various tasks. Along the way this role will contribute to game- changing products for the multi- trillion- dollar industry.
Responsibilities and Performance Objectives

Architect and implement scalable, robust AI systems capable of handling extensive data volumes and user interactions.
Enhance AI system efficiency by optimizing resource usage, integrating cloud solutions, and employing hardware acceleration.
Perform detailed performance analysis and tuning to guarantee AI systems&039; optimal functionality in production settings.
Mentor junior engineers and drive the continuous enhancement of engineering processes and practices.
Development of a Retrieval- Augmented Generation (RAG) platform with product team.
Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to proactively address performance issues and anomalies.
Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to streamline AI system deployment, scaling, and management using automation techniques.
Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI- powered solutions in collaboration with cross- functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, cloud services, and related technologies.
Apply expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and other AI methodologies to develop high- performance models and algorithms.

Skills and Experience Required

Strong communication and teamwork skills, suited for a fast- paced and dynamic work setting.
Demonstrable understanding of LLMs and Retrieval- Augmented Generation technologies.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools for efficient CI/CD processes.
Excellent problem- solving capabilities and experience troubleshooting complex issues in production environments.
Practical experience with performance optimization techniques, including parallel computing and caching.
In- depth knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Proven track record in designing and deploying scalable, distributed systems for AI applications.
At least 2 years of experience in software development, specializing in AI- powered applications and systems.

Knowledge of security practices for AI systems and data privacy laws.
Contributions to open- source projects or academic publications in relevant fields.
