Job Requirement:
・Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.
・Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process.
・Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.
・ Search suitable candidates by using internal resources and external sources
・Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed.
・Callingthe existing Candidate List to update their working status ・Maintain strong relationships among candidates, by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system
・Provide the suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply
・Belongs to the JPCA team who will do Japanese- speaking Jobs Contribute to the job- seeking candidates by providing them with a better chance to develop themselves, and give advice to let them think more deeply about their careers
・Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their life, by providing the job market tendency and information.
・Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Qualification:
・Langua ge: English Conversatinal Level
・Experience:
- Have experience/knowledge in seeking candidates or connecting people via Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn..
- OPEN for freshers, have completed an internship or part- time work with recruitment agencies.
- Know the field of human resource recruitment/headhunting.
- Have experience working at recruitment agencies
CHÍNH SÁCH ĐÃI NGỘ
Salary:
- Salary basic : 9,000,000- 11,000,000 VND Gross + % incentive
- Social Insurance, Private Insurance,...
