JOB DESCRIPTION
Encourage customers to provide feedback on the service quality and overall experience during visa processing.
Collect visa fees and other related fees.
Greet clients visiting the company office to utilize services.
Visa Application Processing: Receive and review visa applications from customers.
Ensure that application information is accurately input into the system on time and without errors.
Address client inquiries directly at the office or over the phone.
Answer customer inquiries regarding visa application procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
No prior experience required.
Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
Ability to follow procedures.
Bachelor&039;s/Associate&039;s degree in Languages, Business English, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields (recent graduates or pending graduates are welcome).
Well- groomed, punctual, meticulous, and detail- oriented.
Fluent in English with strong listening and speaking skills (preferred).
