Prepare and manage virtual and in- person training classrooms and facilities.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
Champion the hotel&039;s TakeCare culture and contribute to employer branding activities.
Manage the enrollment of employees in the training system and maintain accurate training records.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to coordinate training logistics.
Facilitate training courses, either independently or alongside trainers. This includes tracking attendance, maintaining classroom control, and supporting the creation/distribution of training materials.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety/security protocols.
Create, administer, and analyze training- related documentation and reports.
Liaise with the IT support team to address any systems issues and process employee access requests for training.
Utilize various software and computer systems to perform job duties.

Education and Experience

2- year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.

OR

4- year bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.
